Coming from the train track of line 7 towards Zündorf away from the city center, we turn left when exiting the train i.e. continue in the direction of travel and follow the tactile paving line. After the path starts lowering for about 2 meters, we stop to turn left and cross the train tracks. There is no attention field at this point. The tactile paving line branches off. There are no pedestrian lights with a request button on this side of the tracks and there is no acoustic signal. There is a traffic light on the opposite side of the tracks, which is controlled by the train traffic. When the tracks are clear, the traffic light is off. If trains are about to enter or are on the tracks, the traffic light is red. After crossing the tracks, we turn slightly left at an 11 o'clock angle to cross the road. There is a pedestrian traffic light here with a request button, but without an acoustic signal.

 

Coming from the train track of line 7 towards Benzelrath towards the city center, we turn right when exiting the train , i.e. walking against the direction of travel and following the guiding line. After the path starts lowering for about 2 meters, we stop to turn left to cross the road. There is no attention field at this point. The tactile paving line branches off. There is a pedestrian traffic light here with a request button, but without an acoustic signal.

 

Regardless of which direction we are coming from, we turn right after crossing the road at 3 o'clock. We continue straight ahead. After about 100 meters there is a bollard in the middle of the path. At the height of the bollard, a narrow strip of grass begins along  the right-hand side of the path, which can be followed. There may be electric scooters along this section of the path between the sidewalk and the patch of grass. After another 50 meters there is another bollard in the middle of the path, where the narrow strip of grass on the right-hand side of the path ends. Approx. 2 meters after the second bollard, there is a garage entrance on the left-hand side of the path with a roller shutter, which is usually down. After about another 8 meters, i.e. a total of 10 meters from the second bollard, there is a driveway to the left into which we turn.

 

We are on the site of TanzFaktur, which is a large, spacious area with parking lots. We keep right at the entrance to the driveway and walk straight ahead along the fence. After about 14 meters there is a speed bump. We continue straight ahead for approx. 75 meters. We turn left at about 11 o'clock and walk straight ahead for about 40 meters. Then we turn left at 9 o'clock and walk straight ahead for approx. 15 meters. 

 

We are at the stairs to the entrance of the Tanzfaktur. We go up the 6 steps and walk slightly diagonally to the right at approx. 1 o'clock for about 10 meters. We stand at the entrance door and enter the TanzFaktur foyer. The TanzFaktur staff and / or the workshop leader will welcome visitors as soon as they enter the foyer and accompany them to the dance studio.

 

To get to the reception in the foyer, we walk straight ahead from the entrance door for about 2 meters and turn right at 9 o'clock. From there, we turn towards 3 o'clock and will be facing the reception desk. Visitors are also welcomed there and escorted to the dance studio.

There is an elevator as an alternative to the stairs. We walk from the stairs for approx. 30 meters to 3 o'clock to the right, i.e. past the stairs. There we turn left at 9 o'clock and walk for about 8 meters. There is an automatic sliding door on the left at 9 o'clock. We go through this door, where the elevator is located after approx. 1 meter. There are 3 buttons on the right-hand side of the elevator, approximately at waist height. We press the 3rd and last button from the left on which the number 2 is written (not in Braille!). When we get out of the elevator, there is a button about 1 meter in front of us at waist height to open the door to our right at 3 o'clock. We go straight ahead through the door that leads into the foyer of the Tanzfaktur.  There is a long rectangular dining table about 1 meter 50 centimeters wide, set up diagonally from 11 o'clock to 5 o'clock. The TanzFaktur staff and / or the workshop leader will welcome visitors as soon as they enter the foyer and accompany them to the dance studio. 

 

To get to the reception in the foyer, we walk straight ahead from the entrance of the foyer for about 2 meters and turn slightly to the left past the table at about 11 o'clock.  We continue straight ahead for approx. 2 meters and turn left at 9 o'clock and walk straight ahead. After approx. 2 meters we are at the reception. Visitors are also welcomed here and accompanied to the dance studio.
