What exactly is courage? And what does it mean to be courageous? Four friends, frog, mouse, snail and bird meet on the riverbank and challenge each other to a competition in being brave. But soon it becomes clear that what represents overcoming a huge fear for one of them is no big deal for the other. In his staging of the well-known children's book 'Mutig,Mutig as a dance, piece choreographer Lin Verleger shows what fear does to the body and what unusual forms courage can take.
