There is a pick-up service from and to the Poller Kirchweg stop (line 7) to accompany visitors before and after the performance. The distance between the Poller Kirchweg stop and the Tanzfaktur is approx. 300 meters and takes approx. 5 minutes on foot. The pick-up service will hold up a colorful umbrella and ring a small bell as a recognizable sign at the train stop. The accompanying persons will be available throughout the event to answer any questions or concerns. Assistance dogs are welcome. There is no designated dog walking area in the immediate vicinity. Please contact us in this regard and we will endeavor to offer alternative options to meet this need.

Admission will be possible from 15 minutes before the start of the event, i.e. from 19:45. The pick-up service will be available from 19:15 - 19:45. Taxis and cars can enter the Tanzfaktur grounds and stop approx. 5 meters in front of the main entrance - either at the stairs or at the elevator to the foyer. Visitors can also be picked up at the stairs or elevator and accompanied to the foyer of the stage hall. Parking is available on the venue grounds. When booking the pick-up service, please communicate your planned arrival time and the direction you are traveling from.

The event takes place indoors in the Tanzfaktur Bühnensaal, which is accessible via stairs or an elevator to the foyer. The elevator is the barrier-free access. Handicapped accessible toilets are located in the basement and can be reached via the elevator. The toilets on the first floor on the level of the Bühnensaal are not handicapped accessible. 

There is no separation between the audience and stage area during the performance. Performers and audience occupy the same area. Seating is available. The performance will last between 45 and 60 minutes.
